having a drainage/ sewerage easement in backyard

Hello,

I've got interested in a property and wanted to make an offer but my solicitor informed us that there is a drainage/ sewerage easement running at the end of our backyard! I really love this property but am a bit concerned about the easement (E2) be there! will that smell when its raining? what if it become clogged? and finally should I lower my offer because of that?

Please help.
